# Career Mentor Training

## Projected Time

This training will take roughly 1 hour and 30 mins to complete.

## Prior Knowledge

To take part in this training you are expected to 

* Have some understanding of the employability challenges faced by our students
* Have some professional experience in the region/country you are volunteering
* Be a good listener 
* Be able to empower 

You may also 

* Have had a mentor or been mentored in the past
* Have some experience of the tech sector in your region/country
* Be a graduate of CodeYourFuture

We do not expect you

* To have experience as a developer or recruiter
