Week 1
Task 1: Write your reflections on on why it is important to have a growth mindset as a developer and how a growth mindset will positively impact you in your career in the long term. Every week you will be requesting feedback from 2 people in your class to help you get more insight into how you are progressing. You will also need to be proactive and ask your buddy for feedback about your strengths and development areas.
